Rolf Club drops for dogs are a solution of a viscous consistency with a yellow tint.
The medicinal liquid is packaged in polymer tubes in the form of pipettes of various volumes (from 0.5 to 4 ml). The required dosage is selected based on the weight of the animal.
The contents of the pipette cannot be divided and used on several pets at once.
The veterinary medicine is classified as a moderately hazardous substance in terms of its effects on the body of dogs (class 3). It is highly toxic to bees and fish.
The drops exhibit a protective effect against ticks within 30 days from the date of application of the drug.
Personal prevention measures
When working with the RolfClub 3D collar for dogs, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety precautions provided for when working with medicines. People with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug should avoid direct contact with the RolfClub 3D dog collar. Composition characteristics
Rolf 3D dog drops contain 3 potent insectoacaricides:
- fipronil;
- D-cyphenothrin;
- pyriproxyfen.
Fipronil is an insecticide that disrupts the normal functioning of the nervous system of arthropods upon contact with it. With regular use, fleas develop resistance (insensitivity) to the drug. Therefore, the active substance is more effective in combination with other insecticides.
D-cyphenothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid with contact-intestinal action. They have high insecticidal activity against ectoparasites. With frequent use, arthropods develop an addiction to the product.
D-cyphenothrin is a nerve poison that kills fleas, ticks and other parasites. Upon contact with the substance, arthropods experience paralysis of the nervous system and immobilization within 2 minutes.
Pyriproxyfen is a juvenoid that imitates the natural hormone of insects, which prevents further reproduction of parasites by suppressing the development of larvae.
The combination of a 3-component formula eliminates the development of addiction in ectoparasites to the medication.
The remaining components of the Rolf 3D solution perform auxiliary functions.
Isopropyl alcohol is used as a solvent for active substances. The function of solvents is also performed by diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.
Tween-80 acts as a binder for the active components. Butylated hydroxyanisole and butylated hydroxytoluene act as preservatives. Polyethylene glycol gives the solution viscosity, which helps retain the drug on the animal's integument.

RolfClub 3D collar for dogs contains as active ingredients fipronil - 5%, d-cyphenothrin - 5%, pyriproxyfen - 2% and excipients: polyvinyl chloride-S-70-59-M - 40%, chalk - 20%, di- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) - 17.3%, epoxidized soybean oil - 6%, dye Pigment Concentrate Master batch Name 6314 (Grey) - 2%, calcium stearate - 0.9%, tribasic lead sulfate - 0 .9% and titanium dioxide - 0.9%.
The drug is a moisture-resistant, gray polymer tape with a weak specific odor with a fixative.
They produce a collar for large dogs with a length of 75 cm, for dogs of medium breeds - 65 cm, for dogs of small breeds and puppies - 40 cm in individual hermetically sealed plastic bags, placed individually in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use.
Store the collar in the manufacturer's sealed packaging in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, separately from food and feed at a temperature of 0 to 30 ° C.
The shelf life of the collar, subject to storage conditions, is 3 years from the date of production.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
The collar should be kept out of the reach of children.
Unused RolfClub 3D dog collar is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
Pharmacological effects
Drops for dogs Rolf 3D exhibit an insecticidal effect 60-120 minutes after treating the animal.
After application, the drug is quickly and evenly distributed over the pet’s skin (does not enter the systemic bloodstream).
Upon contact with the treated integument, the ectoparasite loses coordination of movements and paralysis occurs within the first 2 minutes. Thus, the pest does not have time to attach itself to the animal’s body. This, in turn, helps to avoid the risk of your pet becoming infected with diseases transmitted by infected insects and ticks.
Application procedure
RolfClub 3D collar for dogs is used for the treatment and prevention of arachnoenthomosis caused by fleas, lice, lice, ixodid ticks, protection of dogs from attacks by dipteran blood-sucking insects and prevention of vector-borne diseases (babesiosis, borreliosis, dirofilariasis).
A contraindication to the use of the RolfClub 3D collar for dogs is the individual hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug. The drug should not be used by animals suffering from infectious diseases or convalescing, as well as puppies under 3 months of age. The use of the collar on pregnant and lactating animals is possible after consultation with a veterinarian.
After opening the package, the collar is unrolled and put on the animal, adjusted in size so that there is a gap of 1.0-1.5 cm between the animal’s neck and the collar, then it is secured with a retainer and the excess tape is cut off.
Continuous use of the collar provides protection for dogs from fleas, lice, lice and ixodid ticks for up to 6 months, and from blood-sucking dipterous insects for up to 5 days.
Before using the RolfClub 3D collar, it is recommended to thoroughly wash dogs with dirty and matted hair with detergent, and in case of severe insect damage, with insecticidal shampoo.
Before bathing or washing the dog, it is recommended to remove the collar and put it on again after the animal’s fur is completely dry.
In order to prevent re-infestation with fleas, the animals' bedding is replaced or treated with an insecticidal preparation in accordance with the instructions for use.
In case of an overdose of the drug, some dogs may experience depression, drooling, and vomiting. In this case, the collar should be removed and the animal should be given symptomatic therapy.
No specific effects of the drug upon first use or discontinuation have been identified.
The RolfClub 3D collar for dogs is used continuously during the parasite activity season. Violations of the collar's use should be avoided, as this may lead to reduced effectiveness.
As a rule, there are no side effects or complications when using the RolfClub 3D collar for dogs in accordance with these instructions. In rare cases, individual skin reactions (redness, itching) are possible, which resolve spontaneously and do not require the use of medications. If parts of the collar accidentally get inside the animal, symptoms of intoxication (vomiting, indigestion, salivation) are possible; in this case, the use of symptomatic therapy is recommended.
If allergic reactions occur in an animal sensitive to the components of the drug, the collar is removed, the animal is thoroughly washed with detergent and, if necessary, antihistamines and symptomatic agents are prescribed.
RolfClub 3D collar for dogs should not be used simultaneously with other insectoacaricidal preparations for treating animals.
The drug is not intended for use in productive animals.
Indications for use
Rolf Club 3D drops provide dogs with protection from 10 types of ectoparasites: fleas, lice, ear mites, ixodid mites, scabies, subcutaneous mites, lice mites, mosquitoes, midges, horseflies. The drug is used as a prophylactic against the above parasites. In addition, the insectoacaricide is used in the treatment of diseases:
- entomoses;
- otodectosis;
- demodicosis;
- sarcoptic mange.
Using the drug, you can also remove ixodid ticks that have managed to attach themselves to the body of an animal in nature.
How to use
Drops Rolf Club 3D dogs are available in 5 dosages. The required volume of the drug is selected based on the weight of the pet.
For animals weighing more than 60 kg, a dosage is selected from a combination of several pipettes.
For entomoses
To destroy fleas and lice eaters, the contents of one Rolf Club 3D pipette are applied pointwise in the area of the withers and between the shoulder blades.
The recommended dosage for large dogs is distributed in drops along the entire spine of the pet from the withers to the base of the tail. If necessary, the treatment is repeated no earlier than after 1 month.
From ixodid ticks
When a tick is found on a dog’s body, a solution of 1 drop is applied to the ectoparasite, and the remaining dose is applied to the area of its attachment.
The parasite spontaneously detaches within 20 minutes. If this does not happen, remove the tick yourself with tweezers or seek help from a veterinary clinic.
With otodectosis
Rolf Club 3D drops for dogs are used to treat ear scabies. Before using the medicine, the auditory organ is cleansed of parasite waste products with an antiseptic solution.
1 to 3 drops of solution are instilled into each ear. After this, the auricle should be folded in half and massaged at the base for a minute.
For otodectosis, treatment is carried out three times with intervals of 1 week.
The drug must be administered into 2 ear canals at once, even if only one ear of the animal is affected by mites.
For sarcoptic mange and demodicosis
Drops are distributed over the affected areas of the dog’s body, covering 1 cm of healthy tissue around the lesion. Apply the solution while wearing gloves, spreading with your fingertips. The recommended dosage is 0.15 ml per 1 kg of pet weight.
Double treatment with Rolf 3D is carried out with an interval of 1 week. In severe cases, weekly application of the solution for a month is required.

The drug is a transparent oily liquid of light yellow color. RolfClub produces 3D drops for dogs packaged in polymer tube-droppers with a volume of 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5; 4.0 ml, packaged in blister packs along with instructions for use.
Pharmacological properties
RolfClub 3D drops for dogs belong to the group of insectoacaricidal drugs. Fipronil, D-cyphenothrin and pyriproxyfen, which are part of the drug, have a contact insectoacaricidal effect on the sexually mature and immature (larvae) phases of development of fleas, lice, lice, sarcoptic, otodectic and ixodid ticks parasitizing on dogs, and also provides protection for animals from blood-sucking flying insects (mosquitoes, midges and mosquitoes). The drug RolfClub 3D drops for dogs has a pronounced knockdown effect; the time for the onset of the knockdown state is about 2 minutes, which prevents ticks from sucking during an attack. Has a repellent effect on blood-sucking flying insects. The mechanism of action of fipronil is to disrupt the passage of chloride ions in the GABA-dependent receptors of the ectoparasite, disrupt the transmission of nerve impulses and the activity of the nervous system, which leads to paralysis and death of arthropods. The mechanism of action of D-cyphenothrin is to block the transmission of nerve impulses in insects, which causes impaired coordination of movements, paralysis and death of ectoparasites. D-cyphenothrin has a rapid knockdown effect on insects and ixodid ticks, which occurs upon first contact with the fur of a treated animal. The mechanism of action of pyriproxyfen is to disrupt the processes of chitin synthesis and molting of larvae, prevents the development of full-fledged pupae and causes the death of insects in the preimaginal phases of development, which leads to the cessation of replenishment of the ectoparasite population. After applying the drug to the skin, its active components are evenly distributed over the surface of the body, without being absorbed into the systemic bloodstream, accumulate in the epidermis, hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the animal and have a long-term insectoacaricidal effect and protect the animal from insects and ticks. RolfClub 3D drops for dogs, in terms of the degree of impact on the body, are classified as moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), and do not have a local irritant or sensitizing effect. The drug is toxic to rabbits, bees, fish and other aquatic organisms; if it gets into the eyes, it causes mild irritation.
Application procedure
RolfClub 3D drops for dogs are used for dogs once by spot-on application to the skin. The tip of the pipette tube is pre-cut with scissors. The drug, by spreading the fur, is applied to dry, intact skin in the neck area at the base of the skull or between the shoulder blades (in places inaccessible to licking by animals) in doses: 0.5 ml for an animal weighing up to 4 kg; 1 ml - from 4 to 10 kg; 1.5 ml - from 10 to 20 kg; 2.5 ml - from 20 to 40 kg; 4 ml - from 40 to 60 kg. When treating large dogs weighing over 60 kg, RolfClub 3D drops for dogs are dosed at the rate of 0.125 ml/kg, using pipettes of different volumes. If there are attached ticks and parasitic insects, their detachment and death occurs within 1-2 hours after treatment. The duration of the protective effect against ixodid ticks after a single treatment lasts for 30 days, against insects - up to 2 months, repellent effect against flying blood-sucking insects - for 7 days. Repeated treatments are carried out according to indications, but not more than once a month. To destroy ixodid ticks on the body of an animal, 1 drop of the drug is applied to the tick and the place of its attachment to the skin. If the tick does not fall off spontaneously within 20 minutes, it is carefully pulled out of the skin with tweezers and destroyed. For otodectosis (ear scabies), the external auditory canal is cleaned of scabs and crusts, then 1-3 drops of the drug are instilled into each ear (depending on the size of the animal). The auricle is folded in half lengthwise and its base is massaged. The treatment is repeated 2-3 times with an interval of 5-7 days. The drug must be administered into both ears, even if clinical signs of the disease are detected in only one ear. For sarcoptic mange in dogs, the drug is applied to the affected areas and distributed with gloved fingertips, covering up to 1 cm of healthy skin at a dose of 0.15 ml/kg. Treatment is carried out 2-4 times, with an interval of 7-10 days until the animal’s clinical recovery, which is confirmed by two negative results of acarological studies.
Contraindications
A contraindication to the use of RolfClub 3D drops for dogs is the increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug. Animals with infectious diseases and recovering animals, lactating and pregnant females, and puppies under 12 weeks of age are not subject to treatment. It is prohibited to use the drug on other types of animals.
Storage
Store RolfClub 3D drops for dogs in the manufacturer's packaging, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, separately from food and feed, at a temperature from 2° C to 25° C and a relative humidity of no more than 60%.
