How to cook

Rinse the piece of pork well. Using a knife, make shallow cuts on the skin so as not to touch the meat itself, but to capture the fat.

Salt the meat on all sides, and you can stick a few cloves into the slits in the skin. Then roll in seasonings, but do not overdo them.

Be sure to rub in the seasonings you use, otherwise you won’t see any benefit from them.

Now put the meat in a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry on both sides, but do not turn it over onto the skin. There is no need for us to fry it.

When this stage is completed, you need to pour beer over the meat so that it is completely covered with it, cover with a lid, set the heat to medium and simmer for about 20 minutes.

In my experience, it is better to choose strong, dark and good quality beer. This is what will give the pork an excellent flavor.

  • one head of garlic;

We should have 50-60 ml of liquid. As for thick residues, there is no need to throw them in the trash. Carefully transfer the leftovers to a plate.
  3. We pick up a disposable medical syringe. We collect filtered liquid into it. We give “injections” to a piece of meat. Be careful not to let the liquid spill past. In total, about 30-40 punctures need to be made.
  4. Pour some of the grounds remaining after squeezing onto a piece of foil. Place the pork neck or ham directly on it. Coat the piece with the remaining grounds. Sprinkle with black and white pepper. Wrap the pork in foil. We make sure that there are no holes where air could penetrate.
  5. Place the foil with its contents on a tray and place in a preheated oven. Recommended temperature is 220-230°C. Baking time – 60 minutes.
  6. We do not remove the finished meat from the foil until all household members have gathered at the table. Cut the pork into pieces and place on plates. It looks very appetizing and smells simply divine.
